DePaul women's coach Marie Zidek reflects on her evolving techniques to actively engage players in and out of practice. These include increased face time via personal meetings, coffee outings and open communication sessions. Zidek’s goal is to humanize the coaches so players have a deeper trust and investment in the program and its staff.
