Terry Liskevych explains his "medium body position" for passing: heels off the ground, shoulders slightly forward and ready to spring laterally, forward or back. Feet should always be light on the ground and shoulder-width distance apart, and equal weight distribution between the two feet. No matter the level of your team or the age of your athletes, reminding them of the basic mechanics necessary for a solid foundation is critical.
