Purpose: For younger teams especially, it's important to keep rallies going even after the ball has died. This gives players the chance to practice and correct mistakes.
How it works: Two full teams of six play out a rally, initiated by a free ball. However, there's a catch: When the ball dies, the coach initiates a ball to the team that made the error and gives them a second chance to correct the error. Once players have adapted to this slower pace and are able to correct errors, speed up the pace of the drill (but still follow the same format of allowing teams to correct errors).
Requirements: Two full teams, a full court and balls.
